3. NO REFUND / NO RETURN POLICY 

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any products once they have been shipped, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via USPS.  We are not responsible for delays once the item has been shipped or for lost/stolen packages. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate when placing your order.
